It does not apply when a service is carried out, and no service itself is free — the service price, spare parts, materials and out-of-scope work remain chargeable. Online-paid bookings only.

Terms & conditions

1. Membership is valid for 11 months from the activation date.
2. Membership is valid only for the customer's registered address.
3. Spare parts and materials are chargeable.
4. Additional visits outside the covered scope are chargeable.
5. Free cancellations are limited to 5. Each waives the visit charge only when the technician arrives and no work is done.
6. Unused benefits cannot be carried forward.
7. Benefits are non-transferable.
8. Priority service means preference in technician allocation.
9. Priority service does not guarantee immediate service.
10. Service availability depends on technician availability.
11. 1CallFix may inspect and determine service eligibility.
12. Membership does not include installation, uninstallation, major repairs or replacements.
13. Out-of-scope AC work is chargeable.
