The Process is very simple. The user can book any service from wide range of services (even a package by selecting specific service) through online 1CALLFix web or app and offline. It will be pushed to the professional near you and the available professional will be there within a time span of 30-60 minutes for inspection. After which professional starts the job after discussing the exact requirements from the customer end.

To accomplish this we also required a reliable communication system to communicate our technology and users.

  • When 1CALLFix becomes accessible to a larger population it becomes harder to avoid spam bookings. In order to prevent spams, we also need to verify the user.
  • As India is moving fast towards e-payment than ever before it also becomes mandatory to verify that transaction is secure and made from the user.
  • The important part is sending JCR (Job Closure Report) to the user.

When we got known about MSG91 and their services helped us problems we had faced with communication.

We were able to verify the user using OTP (one-time password) by sending SMS to their mobile phones.
